Retirement

Hello!

Here is another card I worked on this evening.
This one is for my Aunt who just retired.
It was so fun to make and super easy!
The stamp is House Mouse. Don't ya just love those little guys?!
Few little blings, eyelets, prima and a tiny bit of ribbon and I was done!
Hope you like!

Have a great evening!

Valentine

Today we were hit by the giant ice storm. It was miserable. I'm hoping that little groundhog doesn't see his shadow next week! I can't take anymore...LOL. Although this weather helps me get some scrappin' done.

This is a Valentine I did today. The stamp is from Inkadinkado and the scallops are nesties.
I may or may not have made one for my hubby today, so I can't post it, if I did. He snoops around on here from time to time....LOL!!!!!!!
Thanks for stopping by!

Bitten By The Bug

Well for a long time I've been "bitten by the bug" so finally I decided to play along! Regina asked the designers over at Bitten By The Bug to use the rose cut from Indie Art this week. I spent the day making Valentines for the kids in the family so I thought the roses would look cute behind this Pooh cut from Pooh and Friends. I stickled the roses and the bee. I used the stem from the rose with a prima flower on the bottom. Enjoy!

Thank You

One more for today. I did these Thank You's for my birthday gifts. I hit the big 3-0 this year and my husband decided to throw a party. He told everyone no gifts but my wonderful family decided to go against that rule. I made a bunch in all different colors. I embossed the white part with the cuttlebug. I forget what the folder is called. I also used my new Spellbinders Shapeabilities to cut out the butterflies with my Cuttlebug. The Thanks and the small flower are from the Thanks cut and emboss combo. I forgot to take pictures of all the other colors. They were so fun and easy to make. Hope you enjoy!

Hello Kitty Valentine

I did this card for my niece for Valentine's Day. She isn't a huge Hello Kitty fan but she loves cats! She has three! I used Hello Kitty Greetings, a couple Prima flowers and a heart corner punch. Hope you like!

Name Frame

Good evening. Just wanted to share a project I did for my four year old nephew's birthday! I made him a name frame using my Sports Mania Cricut Cartridge as well as Mickey Font for the letters. He's just getting into sports so I figured he could grow into it.

I love Sports Mania. I just got it a couple weeks ago and this was my first chance to use it. The balls look so life like. I distressed the edges so they looked a little more round as well as a few pop dots to help them stand out! It's hard to tell but I also ran the letters through the Cuttlebug I forget the name of the folder but it's the one that kinda looks like wood!

Hope you like!

Cold Snap!

Well it's cold here in Ohio. A whopping 7 degrees this morning. Brrrrrr.

I decided I would post my blue card this morning to correspond with the cold! This card I made for my Aunt who watches Brinkley when we go out of town. Brinkley has been enjoying the snow since it's his first winter. While my hubby and I were out shoveling the foot of snow that fell we took some pictures of Brinkley to send to her. So I made this card.

I used Paper pups for the dog. Plantin for the frame. I pop dotted the puppy so he would stand out. The "Hi" border is also from paper pups and I used the Divine Swirls cuttlebug folder for the middle. Hope you like!

The Cuttlebug Spot Challenge

Well I finally decided to enter a challenge. I've wanted to for a long time and check out different sites often. I started working on my valentine's and the Cuttlebug Spot site had one that fit. So I decided to give it a go.

I used Changito from Stampendous along with the heart A2 Cuttlebug folder. The punch on the bottom is Martha Stewart. Along with the ticket punch from Stampin' Up!

Hope you like!

Glass Block

Good Morning! I wanted to share a glass block I made for my uncle for Christmas. He loves old arcade games, in fact, he has an arcade in his basement.

I used Cricut Design Studio to make the little ghost. Pac Man is just a circle with his mouth cut out from Plantin Schoolbook. I believe the font was Street Sign. Thanks for checking it out!

Get Well Card

I made this card for my Aunt that just had to have shoulder surgery. She is doing well but is sad because she can't babysit her little grandaughter that's two. So I thought this may cheer her up.

I used Indie Art for the band aid. I embossed "get well soon" onto the center of the band aid with a cuttlebug embossing folder. And sprinkled a couple primas.

This blogging thing is fun!

Thank You Card

Here is another card I did. My wonderful in-laws wanted us to go to see Meatloaf, who was coming to a small arena in our town. They purchased the tickets for us and we had a great time! This is a Thank you card I made. I think I used Tags, Bags, Boxes and More for the tag. The musical notes I believe are from Stretch Your imagination.

My First Blog Post!

So, I decided to jump into this world of blogging. I really have no idea what I'm doing so forgive me if it looks bad. For my first picture, I wanted to post a card I made for my Great Aunt and Uncles 60th Anniversary!!! Congrats to them! I'm hitting 30 years old in a week so they've been married twice as long as I've been alive!
I apologize for the picture being dark. For this one I used the cuttlebug divine swirls, indie art for the diamond, and of course stickles to make the diamond shine and a few skittles. The edge paper is actually silver.

Hope you like!
