First Foods & Sitting Up

Hi!
Here are two more pages.
These are for the baby's first foods and when she sits up.

I matted the two pics on the left for the foods together and put yummy under one and yucky on the other. Baby's make classic faces when they don't like something so I thought it would be fun to document that. The titles on both pages are from Pooh Font. The baby Pooh and Eeyore are also from that cart. The Eeyore is so cute and I thought he was perfect for the sitting up page. The jar on the food page is from Doodlecharms. I shrunk it in Design Studio so it looked more like a baby food jar. The spoon is from Dreams Come True. The tags are from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More and I thought she could journal the dates and what she ate.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Snow fun!

Hi!
I'm going to share one more layout with you today!
This one is for winter. We all live in Northeast Ohio so we get A LOT of snow.

All the images came from My Scrap Chick except the snow flakes. The birds and snowman are the Winter Re-tweet pattern collection. Aren't they just the cutest? The snowflakes came from Christmas Cheer. I stickles each and every snowflake. The title is a true type font cut with SCAL.

Happy Holidays!

Hello all!
Hope everyone is having a good day!
I wanted to share the Christmas layout!

All the images here are from My Scrap Chick. It's the Holiday Helpers pattern collection. I stickled the ornaments in the box and wrote Decorations with my Xyron Design Runner. The wreath was made with my Martha Stewart Branch punch and I added the bow and the berries are tiny red adhesive gems. I added the fire in the fire place using fire from a fire place on Joys of the Season. The title was cut using a true type font and SCAL.

Have a great evening and thanks for stopping by!

Hanukkah

Good evening all!
Here are some more pages from the book!
My Sister-in-law's hubby is Jewish so of course we needed Hanukkah pages. I had so much fun with these pages being I had never cut them before! I think it came out really cute!

The dreidel, Star of David and menorah were all cut from Joys of the Season. The bear is a My Scrap Chick cut. He's actually the Patriotic bear. I changed her outfit and added the Star of David instead of the flag. I embossed her shoes with the Distressed stripes Cuttlebug folder. The title was cut using a true type font and Sure Cuts Alot!

More pages

Hello all!
I wanted to share a few more pages from my Sister-in-law's scrapbook I made her.
I gave it to her for her shower last week. She loved it!
These are pages for the baby's first bath and a sleeping photo.

I used Pooh Font for the Pooh in the tub. The rubber duck came from Sesame Street and Friends. I used rain dots for the bubbles and stickles on the suds in the bucket. Bath Time came from the New Arrival Cartridge. The border is punched with a Martha Stewart punch.
The sleepy Pooh came from Pooh Font. The little moon came from New Arrival. The stars I believe were cut from George. Sweet Dreams was cut from Pooh Font.
Have a great rest of the weekend. As always Thanks for stopping by!
GO BROWNS!

Grandparent pages

Good Saturday morning!
Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!
I wanted to share a few more pages in the scrapbook.
Sorry the pic isn't that great :(

For these pages I used Alphalicious for the title. The flourishes are from Home Accents. I sprinkled a few primas and the border punch on the bottom is Martha Stewart.

Next pages

Good Morning!
Here are the next few pages from the scrapbook I made. I had so much fun with this!

The house was cut from My World. It actually kind of looks like their house! The sun was cut from Mickey and Friends and the clouds came from Zooballo. The sign came from Pooh and Friends. It cuts with "Hundred Acre Woods in the middle. I went in with Design Studio and took it out so I could add their street name.

This one was fun! She's doing her nursery in Pooh. I don't know if you can see it but I cut thick strips of another color pink and striped the page. One wall in the nursery is pink and it's subtly striped in different shades of pink. Obviously pooh came from Pooh and Friends but one came from Pooh Font. The font is Pooh also. The butterfly's are from New Arrival.

The title was cut with true type fonts with Sure Cuts Alot. I honestly can't remember which font.

First page

Hi!
I'm going to begin sharing some pages from the scrapbook I made for my Sister-in-law for her baby shower. Most of you know she's due at the end of September. It was hard getting back into layouts but it was so fun too!
All in all, I LOVE how it came out...
Here is the opening page!

I used New Arrival for the stork, baby, It's a girl and new arrival. The scallop green border is from an EKsuccess punch. The flowers are Imaginisce with heart brad centers. The baby's face is a Peachy Keen stamp.

Sorry the picture isn't the best quality!

Wedding Basket

Hello!
I have another wedding basket to share with you.
This one was made for a family friend. Her son is getting married and she was having a shower for the bride. She asked if I would make her one of my baskets for her to have at the shower as a gift & decoration. She purchased the brown basket off the bride's registry and filled it with some other bathroom items. The wedding is later this year and they are using the fall theme for their wedding.

Anyway, I used the Wedding Solutions Cricut Cartridge for all the wedding cuts. The leaves were cut from I believe Stretch Your Imagination. I distressed them with my Tim Holtz inks.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Splashin Good Birthday!

Hi there! Happy Monday morning to ya!
I wanted to share the card I made for my hubby's birthday last month.

The stamp is a Stampendous Changito and I colored him with my Bic Markers. The wave border was cut from my Life's a Beach cartridge. The white block below the waves is embossed with the Happy Birthday cuttlebug folder. It's not showing up at all in the pic. The green and blue balloons on the side are brads. The sentiment is computer generated!

Birthday Bucket

Good Morning!
I have another black & white project to share with you! It's another project I created nearly a month ago. Her birthday is the beginning of July..lol. I didn't realized how busy I have been until I looked at the file with all the pics I still need to post....WOW!
I did a birthday bucket for my Sister-In-Law. She hit the big 30 this year. So I wanted to use black. We filled the bucket with everything she will need at the hospital in Sept when she has her first baby. We put mouthwash, socks, robe, puzzle books etc.

The balloons are from George and then embossed with various cuttlebug folders. The 30 was welded in Sure Cuts Alot. I think the font was Comic Sans. Happy Birthday and the Cupcake both came from Hello Kitty!

Thanks for stopping by and remembering to come back after my hiatus!

Sympathy

Hello everyone!
I finally have something to share with you. Everything I'm going to be posting I've made nearly a month ago. Then I will get into the most recent baby shower stuff.
This card was made for a dear family friend who lost her dad last month. The butterfly has special sentimental meaning to her so I wanted to use one. The layout was from a sketch challenge and I cannot remember which one since it's been so long. I never even had the time to enter it :(

The butterfly was cut from the Home Accents cartridge the flourish also came from there too. I embossed the white with the Cuttlebug Floral Screen embossing folder. The border punch is Martha Stewart. The sentiment is computer generated!

Thanks so much for stopping by! It feels so good to be back at it!
