Wedding card

Hi there,
Boy the snow here in Ohio has been wicked. I've been spending most of my time in the driveway shoveling...fun fun!
Anyway, I wanted to share a card I made for a former co-worker that just got married.
I made this exact same layout for a friend that got married back in September and I liked it so much I wanted to try it in different colors.

I used the Sweetheart Cartridge for the Mr. & Mrs. The "S" was cut from Storybook. Scalloped hearts are courtesy of Nestabilities. I used an EKsuccess punch for the corners and sprinkled some adhesive gems around.

Thanks for taking a peek!

Wedding Card

Good morning everyone!
Hope you all are well! I know I'm still hit and miss with my blogging but I'm trying.... :)
I wanted to share a card I made for my Neighbors and good friends Ron & Rachel. They got married this past Saturday and had a terrific wedding!
Her colors were navy blue and pink.

I used the Sweethearts cricut cartridge for the Mr. & Mrs. cut. The "M" was cut from Storybook. The scalloped hearts are nesties. I used an EKsuccess punch for the navy photo corners. The little flower is a prima with a "skittle" center. I used a ton of hot pink adhesive gems to bling it out!

Thanks for stopping by!

Congratulations Ron & Rachel!!

Wedding Card!

Good evening!
I just wanted to share a quick wedding card I did. This one was for my hubby's cousin who got married this past Friday.
It's very plain but the colors I think make it look a bit more involved than it is.

I used the Wedding Cartridge to cut the bells.

Boy this post was short and sweet....LOL!

Have a great night!

Wedding Card

Hi Again,
Here is yet another card I did today. It's so good to be hanging out in my room.
This card is for a wedding I have on Saturday. This is the same wedding I did the "pistachio" wedding basket for awhile back.
I had some left over paper and ribbon so it worked out.
I went simple with this but I think it came out good.

I shadowed the beige with "pistachio" Bazzil bling. The beige paper is actually Glass Slipper Bazzill Bling. I ran that through the Cuttlebug using Divine Swirls.

Thanks for stopping by!

Pink Elelphant -Wedding Card

Hi!

The challenge this week over at the Pink Elephant was a sketch. I love sketches on day's I'm crazed or feel the mojo isn't flowing.

I was an hour from walking out the door this afternoon with the wedding basket from my previous post when I realized I did all that work and didn't make a card. DUH! I love participating at the Pink Elephant and having the layout picked was perfect...as I already had the colors too!
Here is what I came up with......

I used the Wedding Solutions cart for the bride and groom silhouette. I wanted to use a cut that I didn't use in the basket to keep some interest. The punch below the bride/groom box is the Martha Stewart doily lace punch. The ribbon and the rhinestones are the same as used on the basket. The sketch states that the background paper had to have texture and I had bought this paper at Michael's to use for the basket but never did. It feels like it may have been embossed with the Cuttlebug but wasn't!
I just love the colors she picked for her wedding they are so classy and no matter what I did it just came out stunning (IMHO...LOL) and very classy looking!
