HI!!!! I'm still alive!

Well, well, well!
I almost forgot how to post!
It's been a busy couple months. Christmas came and went rather smoothly except I got sick a week or two before with a TERRIBLE cold. It was awful!!! I got so behind and all the crafty adventures I had planned came to a screeching halt. Then, after Christmas, I haven't really had the mojo flowing. So, I've just been trying to deep clean the house and just get organized in the new year. Cleaning cupbords and closets can actually be quite fun! Ha ha!
Right now, I'm finally in the middle of completing my first project since before Christmas. So you can probably look for that some time on Sunday.
I haven't even had the chance to play with my new Gypsy yet!

Well, I figured I should get SOMETHING posted. I made this for my sister and brother-in law back in early December. My brother-in-law is Jewish and they have a party at their house every year for Hanukkah. I decided I would make them a little decoration for their table. I found the vase at Dillard's.

All the cuts are from Joys of the Season. You can't really tell in this picture but I used Martha Stewart glitter on all the silver parts. It was really pretty in real life.

Thanks for stopping by! I missed all my blogging buddies. I hope to have some time and check in on all of you and see what you've been up to! Hope you are having a wonderful start to 2010!

  2. I'm so glad you're back - I've missed this. I still checked every day. The jewish thing was really nice and I'm sure Jake and Adrienne loved it. You're the BEST! Aunt Pam

  5. Hey girl!! I know what you mean about being away for so long. I haven't posted since Christmas. I've had some illness issues too, but I'm starting to feel better. I love your project! Very nice! Hope to be posting soon again and it's great to see that you're back :)
